HR Director (top 10 Russian banking group)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR processes in the Bank (staff planning, budgeting personnel costs, development of internal regulations, building corporate culture, monitoring of compliance with internal standards, creating a system of interaction between departments, organization of corporate events, etc.)
  • Organize timely recruitment to fill the Bank’s vacancies (Moscow and regions)
  • Monitor the labour market and develop incentive schemes (based on grades (Hay), KPI) and benefits package
  • Supervise advanced training of the Bank staff (internal and external trainings, workshops)
  • Conduct internal personnel assessment (360 °) 
  • Advise management on human resources management issues
  • Prepare monthly reports on HR department activities

Requirements:

  • Higher education, MBA is a plus 
  • HR Director experience from 3 years in a financial sector organization with a branch network and staff of at least 2,000 
  • Experience managing a team of at least 15 people 
  • High motivation to perform
  • Systematic approach, good analytical skills, responsible, attentive, able to multitask 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills 
  • Ability to work with large amounts of information 
  • Expertise and experience in all areas of human resources management, experience in  introduction of incentive schemes and employee assessment is a must
  • At least upper-intermediate English
